Solid Fuel Installations Gallery - Previous Solid Fuel Heating Installations

Welcome to the solid fuel section of our website. During the past years with the increase in gas prices multifuel appliances have become more and more popular.PH Heating engineers are HETAS registered and have highly- qualified, experienced engineers to install any solid fuel or wood burning appliance. During the early nineties PH Heating installed hundreds of solid fuel appliances in the Yorkshire area working as part of the British coal contract, since then these families have returned to PH Heating engineers for more modern solid fuel or gas appliances.


	Pictured above is an installation of a hunter stove installed into a recess of a chimney. The installation commenced by removing the existing open fire, (installation photos above) and forming a recess by supporting the brickwork with a concrete lintel. The customer chose reeded boarding to fire proof the recess, together with a conventional stone fire place, which transformed their living room. Pictured left is the finished product after decoration. Our customer was extremely satisfied by the look of the fire surround and stove; the heat from the stove supplemented their existing heating system therefore reducing annual heating bills. Pictured below are some of the installations fitted by our expert team.
